Return & Refund Policy

At Made By Marie, every item is created with care and many products are personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review our policy below.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, embroidered, appliqué, keepsake, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This includes:

  • Custom names

  • Personalized text

  • Keepsake clothing and blanket items

  • Custom embroidery designs

  • Custom color requests

  • Made-to-order products

Please carefully review all spelling, dates, names, sizes, and customization details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • The item is in its original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

If approved, I will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at my discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production often begins quickly, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Delays

Made By Marie is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of my control.
