Thank you for shopping with Made By Marie. Every order is handmade, personalized, and prepared with care. Please review my shipping policy below.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days. Custom, personalized, embroidered, appliqué, and keepsake items may require additional production time.

During holidays, sales, and peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

From time to time, I may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination.

Typical delivery times within the United States are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier selection at checkout

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Made By Marie is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Made By Marie is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Delivery issues beyond my control

If your package is lost, I recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

I will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive an email when their order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.
