Made By Marie provides custom apparel, embroidery, personalized gifts, keepsake items, accessories, and related products. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Product Information

I strive to display product colors, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and the handmade nature of products, slight variations may occur.

Because many products are handmade and customized, no two items will be exactly identical.

3. Orders

I reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at my sole discretion.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and customization information when placing an order.

If incorrect information is provided by the customer, Made By Marie is not responsible for resulting delays, errors, or additional shipping charges.

4. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, embroidered, appliqué, keepsake, and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

Names
Dates
Monograms
Custom wording
Sizes
Design selections

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to my error.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

I reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without notice.

7. Shipping

Processing and shipping times vary by product.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Made By Marie is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Events outside of my control

All website content, logos, designs, product images, photographs, graphics, text, and branding associated with Made By Marie are the property of Made By Marie and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
